Newly Completed Project - just got back on road the road as of the 23rd of August

Aim of project was to get the car as close to original spec as possible plus give it a bit of a Retro Vibe

- 10 months rego till 23 Aug 2012 - Greenslip paid for under 25 yr old drivers
-Painted in two tone original VW Colours - Sea Blue and Arctic White
-Re-upholstered interior to look like Original Style but better - Grey Tweed and Oxen Vinyl
-New Loop-weave Carpet kit inserted - Charcoal
-New original style headliner fitted
-New Original style stainless steel roof rack plus other stainless steel trim pieces and stone guards
-Lowered 1 1/2" for better ride height and looks
-Working AM Radio and speaker added - plus a hidden amp with additional speakers and kick panels added to play Ipods and MP3 players
-$750 worth of Dynamat type sound deadener added to remove engine and road noise
-Some work done on engine - new generator, carby work, all pulled apart and repainted to give a clean "like new" look, new electric ignition system (electric points, new coil, distributor and leads)
-Car comes with a number of spare parts, including another bonnet
