I am regretfully selling my 1962 Ragtop Standard Beetle.

It is currently unregistered as I took it off the road to rebuild but with a growing family my priorities have changed.

The rust repairs were done 15 years ago by Pioneer Smash Repairs (who are next door to Vintage Vee-Dub Supplies) and then the grafting of the roof / ragtop (including the pillars) and paint was done by Vintage Vee-Dub Supplies panel shop at the time.

It has:
* A solid mounted 1500cc Gearbox with Type 111 Drums.
* A 1300cc Twinport engine, which is currently out of the car as i was planning on replacing the seals - it was running before removal just had a couple of oil leaks.
* Converted to 12 volt - but it is now missing the Alternator, Coil and ignition leads.
* Narrowed 2 inch adjustable front end with 1500 beetle discs.
* Has a bench seat in it - with no back seat, but it also comes with a complete set of secondhand original seats as the original seat runners and hardware are all still in place.
* Comes with a steel visor, custom handbrake, custom boss kit and original Grant Steering Wheel and a custom Billet drop down steering column bracket.
* I also have with the car a replacement good S/Hand German P/S front guard (as the one on there is a Brazilian one) and a good S/Hand German bonnet (as the one on there has some rust at the bottom but is repairable)
* The only rust that i am aware of is on the P/S front inner wheel arch.
