Hi No it does not have a legal seat but has a back and base cushion
not sure whether they came as a option from the factory ????? with a rear seat

Hi Yes I tried to send a pm but could not work how to do it ??? I will try again
It has a small bit of rust under the pedal assembly as well as the front of the spare wheel well but it was treated a long time ago and has not gone any further I will try to send some pics
