i have an unfinished project whch needs a new home. early beetle with rebuilt 1600 single port. engine was rebuilt by theo at belmont vw service centre. good swing axle box , adjustable front end, wide chrome wheels wide 5. floor replaced as well as passenger heater section. has sport steering wheel and sport shifter. car is complete just needs some more replacement panels fitted and off you go. pics are a pain as it is flogging down in newcastle at the moment.. this would be an easy project and at $1700 is pretty damn cheap.
