Hi all,

Time has come to sell my beloved Betty. I've had Betty for about the last 7 years and she has been a part of our family. But it's now time to move on. I still have a couple of project kombis so I won't be kombiless completely.

Here's the rundown.

1978 Microbus Deluxe.
290,000 kms.
Has all the Deluxe options like clock, tripmeter speedo, opening quarter vent windows, jailbars on the rear window.
Paint is faded and really requires a respray. She has had one by a PO at some stage.
Rust only in the lower front doglegs, and a little patina on the roof. That's it.
2 litre motor than runs very well. The auto chokes stick a bit when cold and probably just needs some adjusting.
New clutch and pressure plate less than 5000 kms ago.
New battery last week
Has original seats except for middle bench which is from another bus and is a different colour.
Serviced every 5000 kms.
Lots of tyre tread
This has been a very reliable bus, and my daily driver for the last 7 years. You will not find a better base for a resto, or just a bus to cart the family around. Regretful sale.
