For sale is my sons 1992 Toyota Cressida Grande. It's been his daily driver for the last 6-months and hasn't missed a beat but he's decided to sell it to make way for a new project.

Located in Lugarno, southern Sydney. $4000 ono

Its on eBay now Item number: 251155159280

The Good:
- P-plate legal
- Good tyres
- Non-smokers car
- ABS
- A crisp shifting auto
- A healthy motor that has shown no sign of headgasket issues as is common with the 7Ms
- A new, cooler thermostat that ensures it will remain healthy into the future
- Small aesthetic touches like a Series 1 grille, a front lip and a debadged, spoilerless boot that make it look baller
- A great stereo with a Sony head unit, Boston Acoustics front speakers and Clarion rear speakers.
- The body is straight and the paint is pretty good for a car of it's age.
- All of the electronics work including the climate control with icy cold air conditioning and power windows.
- The electric driver's seat does work but one of the switches didn't work when I bought it. I have wired a rocker switch into the dash that now controls that adjustment and it works great.
- The leather interior is in really good condition for it's age, especially the back seat.
- Rego until May 2013

The Bad:
- There is a small bit of rust in the driver's door as you can see in the photos which wouldn't be hard to fix if it bothered you. It didn't bother me.
- The leather on the steering wheel is pretty haggard. It isn't gooey in the way that a lot of steering wheels go when they're old though. The material itself is located firmly on the wheel and doesn't spin or slide, it's just seen better days.
- The wheels don't all match. This is how it was when I bought it. There are 3 factory Cressida mesh wheels and 2 of a different style factory wheel, one fitted to the right-hand rear and one as the spare.
- The power steering has a slight leak. I've heard this is a fairly common issue with these so I just kept it topped up and it caused no issues.
- The window tint has started to peel in some places

It's been a great car that's served me well and would make a fantastic first car for a young driver. Despite some Series 1 touches it is a Series 2 and as it is a pretty straight car, it would also be a good base for JZ-engine conversion if you were so inclined.

If you want to come and have a look, feel free to give me a call or shoot me a text on 0430 561 334
