hi, when swing axle k ghia is fitted with 28mm torsion bars, how far does it need to roll for wheels to settle into their typical position. car is in a small space at the moment and can be rolled only 2metres. thanks greg

No definite measurement, but from experience it's gonna need to move more than 2m sorry Greg.

If you're trying to work out ride height, maybe take a look at this doc... made it much easier when I fitted up 28's to Jezzi.

2m will do, just keep going back and forth, pref while sitting on the rear bumper, until the height doesn't change any more. The biggest issue is if the toe is way out, it can effect the height too.

Is there any good guides with calculators to help setup suspension on the whole car, like spring/wheel rates suspension geometry, sway bar thickness etc...

eg. how do I know what torsion bar thickness to chose for given setup and car?
