Ok I have a drama,

This is the distributor in my 1300, 1968 beetle, is this the correct one?

I ordered a cap, points and a rotor button. Seems nothing fits the points are two piece, the rotor button is different and the cap (original) is smaller than the replacement..

I need help. can anyone tell me where I might get the parts. From the part numbers: Rotor Button 1234332076 and Cap ZUS74Z6 they come up as 356 Porsche distributor parts.

I tried the other new parts but the shaft is smaller and the cap is much taller.

ANY help is goood
