HP to run 13.5 in a bug

I understand this is a rather broad question with many variables but as a rough guide, how much horsepower would it take to power a '71 superbug to a
13.5 second quarter ?
Cheers,

My old 2332 with 140 rwhp ran a 13.0 in Cols stock but stripped out std early beetle with slicks and close ratio box. Engine was FK 87, 48 IDA's,
9.7:1 44x37 max ported 043's without welding.

6500rpm with a 1776 or 1915 and a 50-60HP hit.
