HI, does anyone know the correct way to remove the venetian from my back window? There are two screws half way down each upright post also, thanks

That should read Venetian..

If I recall correctly, you just undo the screws. This should allow you to adjust the height of the blind to make it smaller, which should allow you to slide it out from the window rubber.
