What's a suitable value sizes for a 1641 dual carbs engine? Eventually when my KG engine gives up the ghost, I have a set of 87mm P&C and TP
heads ready for it. Don't have carbs for it but most likely it will be Kads.

Sorry Raf - dont understand?
Do you mean head valve size??
Is so i would just go stock. Bigger valves leads into the world of needing experience. A stock valved head that has been ported right will work
great.
But it is not a single question
What cam?
What compression ratio?
What exhaust?
Heat?
Carbs?
If you are going to run a set of kads then i would go stock valve, head work and a mild cam
Gee, too much for me to decide on man
I have a mild cam that I was going to use for it. I want to keep the heater boxes because the engine will be in my daily driver. Most likely 40mm
Kads. Exhaust? Do know. Compression? I have very little idea about this so will go whatever is recommended. Crank will be balanced stock. So it seem
stock valves are the way to go, right?

Definitely
Bigger valves will only cause trouble and stop it working "together"
Try and set the compression to 8:1 and a good header system
Thanks for the advice
Hey Raf i'm building a1641 as well, mild cam balanced stock crank, lightened fly wheel, ported stock valve head and turbo.
Get all the bits back from machine shop next week then the fun starts.
OK, keep me posted. What sort of turbo are you using?
