spare wheel well
donn - September 5th, 2014 at 06:57 PM

In my recently aquired Karman Vert, in the wheel well, there is a large hole that I am sure should have a plate screwed over it, the plate is missing, but more to the point I am wondering what it is there for, it seems to serve no purpose as it offers nothing but a view of the road surface underneath the car, any clues? maybe a pic of the finish that should be there?
Thanks
Don

Hi Ian, I reckon I'd be lucky to get my hand past the spare wheel to get at the lach, Oh, and I don't drink coffee so I'll have to come and get a lid off you. :tu::lol:

Are you meaning a 1303 vert? If so it is just a large drain plug as far as I'm aware.

Here ya go Donn. It is just a round plate. Maybe someone has one out of a parts car.
