Can a 12volt flywheel (130 teet & 200mmm clutch) be machined to fit on an early 1200cc crank ? Reason, I am going to rebuild my 1200 as a 1384cc so want a bigger clutch and 12 volt starter.

Yes, the ID from the Oring groove to the thrust face needs to be inlarged slightly. You can reference the diameter from the 6volt flywheel you remove.
