Hello

I think the have a set of scat p40 dual carbs on a new engine I have just put into my bug. I didn't get any paper work with the carbis by way of adjustments so am after a copy or direction please.

The challenge I seem to have is it pretty much won't start in cold weather even in warmer weather it appears to struggle and with or without any or very little effort it also appears to flood making starting even more difficult.

I had dual carbi before but lived in a hot climate so not remembering what the best adjustments are if you wouldn't mind giving me some advice and or diagrams it is greatly appreciated.
