looking for seat belt anchors 65 bug

Hi all
I have a 65 beetle with no seat belts at the moment
I bought 2 static belts and i want to fit them
Problem is i cant find the bolt hole at the bottom of the B pillar
I have the holes in the tunnel and the other one shoulder high,
Is there one there?

No there were none in that position from factory

As per above they only fitted sash belts

VVDS has some well made plates with captive nuts that can be used for the floor area
