Do Stock Rims Note Offset?

Hi Guys

Is it possible to tell a 4 lug - 4 1/2 46mm offset rim from a 4 1/2 41mm offset rim from a stamping identifier etc?

Or are the rims stamped with a part number?

Its stamped on the face near the size

ps it can be very faint
