I need help really badly!!! I have a Country Buggy that has the numbers 19 and 496 on it. Can anyone tell me what the numbers mean?

Where are the numbers? I think there should be one under the bonnet/spare wheel... and one on the alloy Volkswagen Australia build plate under the RHS of the dash, and another on the chassis at the rear of the 'backbone'
