Some few weeks ago I took my Syncro in to have another alternator put on to it. I have it running on LPG so by the time I ran it on petrol I was 800kms away from the auto electrician.
It took me a while but I have now just found that they left one of the wires to the alternator off! It runs from the alternator (same connection as power from the battery : B+) to the computer control unit relay. I have reconnected the wire but it is still running VERY rich. What damage may this have caused? Any help would be much apprediated as I'm sick of getting shit service from so called vehicle mechanics whose work makes mine look like - well - I know (and care) more than they do.
