i need a demister in my kombi to pass the engineer cert what some good ideas?? i have heard the 12V hair dryer idea want soime alternatives?

four wheel drive shops have a 12v demister you can buy. i got one for a heater for the ladies toes. it is jsut an electri heater unit that mounts and blows hot or cool air.

If its bay window you could use the dash fans fitted on some models.

If this is for the V6 conversion, I used a troopy under seat heater unit and blow the heated air into my stock heater tubes, I mounted mine under the back seat opposite the battery so that it recirculates the heated air in the cabin.

I have seen other water cooled kombis with a heater unit mounted on the floor in front of the gearstick.

what model troopy is it off? was it standard? are there any other wrecker cars that one could be pulled from?
