I have decided to keep the aircon kit I had on sale here for some time, as I had a think about it and thought that it may be a bit of a drama fitting it into my cabrio bug alongside a turbo kit, so I thought about putting it into my Splitty to keep my impending newborn kool during summer.

I've got pretty much everything required, but I had a look at the compressor and it seems a bit large. I've heard of people using compressors from small Japanese cars, and I was wondering if anyone can suggest any models that have good small compressors?

little cars like for festiva's, dihatsu sirions ands just tiny cars would be best.... try to get the whole system and just use what u need for the whole lot, make sure all the gas and stuff are compatable .....shat liek that and it should be cool
