yes but they will be bloody short and difficult to fit, especially the back nuts

I would have thought the manifolds would need to be higher.

Mine only just clear the alternator with my Type 1 manifolds

Yeah i suspose your right about the linkage. Although you could lengthen the push rods that go from linkage bar to throttle shafts...

Best to stick to type 1 parts then I guess

Less torque hay I thought manifold length just moved the power band up & down the rev range.
