if i put 2 d/c power sockets in my 76 kombi will that be a big drain on power?? if i am running say a small campin fridge and a discman or something like that??

Just read the lables on what you plug in. They should state power reqirements.
Of those two, I'd guess fridge will draw more.
How long you can use each will also depend on if it's a spare battery or not!!
