I have noticed in a few US mags that there 5 spoke empi rims have had the mounting holes counter bored so that the wheel nuts sit almost flush with the face of the rim . Has anyone done this to ther rims or know if it would be legal . Or are the original bolt together Empi rims like this as standard :bounce
