i have heard of people quite easily putting 12a rotaries in their kombi's and i want to know if it is doable to a t3 square? things like bigger engine lid don't bother me i just need to know if it would fit and if it is possible

Now that's out of the way, it's doable - you lose the trunk space of course; but you'll have a heck of time getting it legal. They've gotten a lot tougher in recent years (especially in the civilised parts of the country - you might get away with it if you move to Queensland or NT,) and you'll need an engineer's report, there's just no guarantee they'll accept it on his recommendation. The modern guidelines say the entire car must meet the ADRs in force when the engine was made...
