Disc brakes for a 69 kombi

Hi just wondering if there are any discs that will bolt staight up to this front and if not which ones are the best to use to modify

Any bay window disc brakes will bolt on if you use the disc brake stub axle.

Does this mean you lose the old wide 5 stud pattern?
