Anyone got any tips/hints about replacing uni-joints on a syncro drive-shaft?

Oh yeah, also power steering fluid is leaking from the boot on one side of the rack and pinion. The shaft is OK but obviously the seal has given up. Any hints on replacing this seal??:cussing
