If the cable has not broken then the stock level is inside the glove box. If its broken then follow below.

done this myself.

Pull the front bumper and crash bar off. then you have 2 holes either side to stick a long screw driver or lever up to the underside of the latch to pop it.

go and buy an aftermarket bonnet cable pull and install that under the glove box area. remove the old one from the glovebox cause there junk.
