my 77 bays rear brake lights arent working i changed the brake light switch checked all the wires and fuses all seems good to the untrained eyes, when the blinker is on the left side blinks faster than the right, i changed the bulb ,but its still doing it.
blinkers work all round and when the lights are on all work but except the brake lights ,it seems the blinker on the rear left blinkes in tandem with the park light?
also when in reverse the blinker is slower than ever.
PLEASE HELP ME

You need to get a voltmeter

I will bet anything you have a bad earth somewhere.
99% it will be where the tail light joins the body.

I did an apprenticeship as an electrician - so it is understandable to me but is still a difficult thing to tract down.
Can be many places.

3 choices.

Buy a multimeter and start learning

take it to an auto electrician

take it to a friend who understands.

Word of warning.
Be careful checking and adjusting. Pulling wires here and there can be real expensive if you then take it to someone and tell them there is a problem AND i am not sure if the wires are in the right place.

Real hard to fix a problem if it isnt righ in the first place.
