i have been told that indian automotive make them

can anyone confirm that.

also, does anyone know where (preferably in aus) i could buy some sway a way adjustable spring plates.

any recommendations?

Indian make then for buses, I got mine a few weeks ago (still have to put them in) don't know if they do them for bugs or not.
