I hope some one can help me .There is an old bug near my house ..going very cheaply ..Its 64 or 68 ish i think ?? Will any of the parts be compatible with my 72 superbug??Is it worth pulling it down to get parts eg engine gearbox etc.etc??

well not realy it s like going backwards in models . The engine if standard will only be a 1500 or 1300 and yours is twin port 1600 and u have irs rear end (gearbox set up) and that 64-68 would be swing axel but ther is a big difrance between 64 -68 6 volt 1300 so on so on if this helps

It will have a Link Pin front end and yours is McPherson strut.

There is bugger all in common between the two cars.
