I have my motor back in and running, and running good 
I would like to get your opinions on what exhuast system to use on a 2lt bay with a mild cam (TRW brand)
I have currently got thunderbird extractors but have heard that going to original is the best - why??
My thunderbirds seem to run well, is there any thing detremental i could be doing to my motor by using them?

id also like to know the answer to this. what carbs are you running as i remember other posts saying something about stock exhuast with stock pdsits in type iv's.no idea why and i havent tried anything but stock so wouldnt know myself.
