how to keep chrome Mangel wheels from rusting?

i hav heard u need to coat the chrome mangel wheels in something to protect from rust, any tips?

Go get some BEES wax from the floor polish area of the super market.

This is Tawianiese chrome and it aint good.

Wipe some WD-40 or RP-7 on 'em regularly....:D

AUTOSOL metal polish to clean, and as before WD40 wipe over is the go

You can stop most chrome from rusting by applying a good car wax every few weeks or so...

Meguairs or Mothers canubra Wax is good...

and when washing, use a car wash with wax.. these are available everywhere... Kitten, Armorall, Turtle wax etc....

or You could spray some clear lacquer over the wheels...

and still wash with a wax...

Taiwan & Brazillian chromes are a problem....

Re chroming would be another "Expensive" remedy..
