Turbo Sizing

Im after some good websites/ books/ info to read about turbo sizing in relation to engine size - any help would be appreciated...

do a search for ray hall turbos (north QLD) they have a calculator that will sort you out

Turbochargers by Hugh MacInnes and Maximum Boost by Corky Bell are two of the best books on turbos and Forced Induction Performance by A.Graham Bell is recommended by a fellow dubber who shall remain anonymouse because it might be crap cause i havnt read it yet,slater dudes.
