One of my back tyres only has 4 nuts holding it on, the 5th one has been threaded....is this a problem. Should i expect the tyre to fly off???

For safetys sake go to a wreckers and get another hub.
If it has 5 bolts/nuts it has to have 5 bolts/nuts
