Semaphore Question

Are all VW Semaphores the same? All the pics I have seen in the past (never seen a real one) seem the same shape and size, so are they all the same? If you're looking for a set, can you simply buy any set of VW semaphores? Or...is it a case of having to buy for a certain model, etc?

Not 100% sure, but I thought there were differences between the bus and beetle one.... but don't hold me to that.

the ones we have here in Aussie are similar and will interchange

BUT There are differences in them some lens have 1 screw n some have 2 screws to attach...... the distance between the wiring terminals also vary .... 2 types as well

If they are interchangable I'm happy......I'd like to know that if I pick up a set of VW semaphores that they will fit, rather than messing around with models, etc. Thanks all....
