BJ Beam: Drum to Disk conversion?

What parts Do I need to convert my BJ front beam to disk brakes if I have Drums at the moment?

You will need, stub axles, calipers, discs and backing plates from a 1500 Beetle.

I will have a set at the DOTVW on Sunday if you need them.
