Is anyone running 1800 or 2000 Kombi on LPG and if so how do they find performance and engine temps?

There was a guy from Italy i use to chat to that has done the conversion. About a year ago in Blacktown there was a bay with a LPG sticker on the numberplate. Old bloke in another world. so dunno what it really was, he didnt notice me waving for him to pull over.
