12 or 6

If its a 6V one that fits in the hole under the seat and yr top cover plate will fit up to it to stop shorting out.

If its a 12v get the one with the sunken terminals and the clamp lip on the botom so it bolts in and stays put.

Ive no idea, but I think it may have been converted to 12v, there is a sticker in the door frame that says 12v on it.

Buy the largest, best quality battery you can afford. They will make cold starts easier and last longer. I bought an Exide Premium PDIN66 for my fasty. Cost about $140 from K Mart Tyre & Auto. Fits under the back seat no probs.

i have twin exide evolutions...they are awesome...with a 100 reserve current rating, aswell as wicked cold cranking capability.... at one stage the car never actually got started for months...battery was plugged in..things were used...and then whenit came time..it still started...took me 10 minutes to get it goin cus the engine wasnt too good...but the battery held up...well worth it...$120 at K-mart
