Got a super rookie question here guys: hope you can help.

I'd like to add a ragtop to my bug and I've seen the full set of mechanisms on sale on site like Wolfsburg West, with 2 side rails and all the other bits of the assembly.

My question is, would I also need to get hold of a ragtop clip section for the assmebly to fit in?

Sorry if this question is really dumb. It sounds just that to me!

If the bits are from an origional VW Rag top, then you will need the roof sheet metal as well.
