some guy just emailed me this link, so I thought I would post it here.

I'm guessing it's an unfinished project, I haven't really paid much attention to it. I'm not interested in it.
looks interesting to say the least
2 shrouds in parralel???? :jesus
Still - looks doable
Looks complicated, and needs 2 sets of all tinware (type 1 and type 4)!!!
Be fine if you already had all the tinware I guess.
Would you ever need all that cooling?
Joe Cali (Next gen) and Mike Sharp (Sharpbuilt) use a stock doghouse shroud. I've never read any mentions of anyone needing more cooling.
Like Andy says it double a lot of stuff.....
Interesting reads on the rest of the tech stuff though, like recommended engine sizes and costs to rebuild a high performance BIG engine. Works out
much of a much ness for the long block. Which is the conclusion I came to with a 1911 T4 vs 1916 T1.

mike needs to put better instructions in with his
I'll second that, having had a 1800 with a Sharpubilt kit on it in a 67 bug, and then in my 57 Baja. Some of the fibreglass fitup wasnt wonderful
either, for the price.
Still, it is just about bulletproof though.
i have no problems with it but the instructions are vague i was lucky i had a vw mag with a how to on it so it was easy
there is the DTM which looks great. its been thoroughly tested if you look at his dyno R&D. Looks like the same cost as a 911 shroud once u ship
it here

Thanks for the comments on the sharp kit. I've got a copy of that how to mag, so I guess that makes it easier if I choose to go that way.
I'd love a DTM shroud, but the cost of shipping something as bulky as that scares me silly :duh
