Are they worth while?

The one that measure temperature?

Yes I do - but the car hasn't been on the road for about a year, before that I used it for about a year.

I liked the peace of mind that I could monitor the engine temp ie light flickers when things start getting hot and comes on solid when it is too hot. Especially since I regularly cooked my poor old 1500. But the 1500 was knackered, well and truely!

The only trouble with the Berg dip stick is that it is fairly fragile, ie you can't just pull the top of it to check your oil, as that is where the sensory thing is. I use a standard dipstick to check my oil level.

Cheers
Jeremy
