Got a 54 rear pan.... how do i lower it... is it the same as a 60;s ...... coz ive only changed one of them

im keen to find this out too, for a 55 pan

I thought there was a bit of a difference between the 54 and the 55 pans?
Can anyone tell us if its true

yes, there is difference between '54 and '55 pans.
the seat rails are different, the shifter is in a different spot, so is the handbrake, and heater knob.

as far as lowering, just re-position the spring plate on the torsion arm, same as a '60's bug.
