Can anyone tell me how much fuel a bay window kombi tank holds ??

60 liters according to the book for a bay window....dunno bout the utes though cause they are a different tank....I'm sure mine would not fit 60
liters...45 would be more like it.

Just had a brain fart(pardon) :duh When i left Brisbane it was MT on the guage(very MT) and i put 40 liters in and filled it to the top of the filler.
Don't know how many km to Rockhampton from Brisbane but used exactly 58 liters to get to Rocky (had a 20 liter jerry can) and filled it to the top
again with 38 liters in Rocky. The average speed by 'GPS was 113kmh
:o

He He. I ran out of petrol and was able to roll into a servo and it took 58.5 litres to fill up. That was lucky.

The fuel gauge on my 72 twincab doesn't work and I've ran out of petrol a couple of times. The most a can squeeze in the tank is about 58 litres. I
usually refill after about 400klms on a full tank.

Best we could ever get with the 2L box was 10L per 100km
Andy - April 12th, 2005 at 08:28 AM
I have squeased ~58L into Andy ('77 bus) a couple of times + 45L reserve tank :thumb
"best ever" economy for Andy fully loaded for camping was ~11.3L/100km at highway speeds (cruise ~90-95kph)
