what would be the deisred compression on a fresh to good engine? would you call these results poor?

these are the results of what im gettin out of my tired lookin 1600tp... i have'nt had it started yet so im not sure how it runs..

im thinkin if i dont have some loose head studs on the right side then i may a stuck valve maybe... wont be sure until i get it running or take the tappet cover off...

It would be better to run it, get it warm, then do the comp test, check valve clearances before you start it so you know they are right.
