I have just rebuilt the top end of a 1600 motor and bolted it to a ex army gen set. I am currently running a coil and a 009 disy becasuse I could not afford a magneto.
I am at the stage where i need to cable from the Gen set to the control panel.
The problem is I dont know where the 2 pin (12v style) plug and lead go to. The other two cabels are easy jut join the dots but I think this other cable used to run to the VW motor, maybe the Magneto.
Can anyone shed some light on my situation, maybe post a photo of the wires and where they run from the bottom of the control unit. I will try and post some pictures tonight with a better description.
