i've got a splitty pannel and below where the chassis number is stamped is a bunch of letters and numbers,
DDV 4338 was wondreing if anyone knows what they mean.

Maybe the 4338th Double door Delivery Van.

yes it's a double door,I've also got a 67 pannel with DV ???? stamped below the chassis number and it's only got doors on the left hand side,so to say the DDV stands for double door delivery van sounds good,and i'm thinking that the 4338 is the body number?anyone els got any ideas.
