Door cards

Can you tell me the best way to re-cover door cards.
Can you go over the original vinyl......Where do you buy the stuff from?????

Best to either take he original vinyl off, and recover, or make complete new cards from 3mm MDF. You can get a large variety of Vinyl's from Vyfab in Bignall Road, Moorabbin.
