im just using some rubber stuff i got from an auto store in cooroy. works well. used it to replace all my rubber fuel line when i bought the car. i cant see any particular hose being better or worse they are all about the same stuff. cept that stainless braided stuff which is illegal anyway isnt it?

As long as it's fuel rated anything is fine. The thicker the walls the better in my opinion. Nice and thick with plenty of reenforcement.

Just get what you want and put it in. I've bought hose from about every car parts chain out there. It's all as good as each other.

Make sure it's not too long. Rubbing can cut a line in hours. On sharp things in minutes.

Are there different fuel ratings for unleaded as opposed to leaded?
Not sure on the braided lines as far as legalities go!

Good lord, where did you dig that up from.....short answer, NO.

Perhaps you are confusing carb with EFI, in which case there sure is a difference and about 3 times the price as well.

Braided lines for fuel? Your driving a Vee Dub dude not a fighter jet!
You will answer your question for yourself when you go down to your local Enzed outlet and get a quote.
Good chance the fuel lines will be pricier than you entire car LMAO!!
