Front splitty beam.

Can a 1976 bay front bean fit into a 67 spitty? The holes in the chassis in the splitty are a different pitch. Can the splitty chassis or 76 beam holes be modified?
Or is it possible to modify the front spindle brackets to take a set of disc brake callipers and provie clearance the discs?

A '76 bay beam can be made to fit a splitty, its a bit of work, you would be better off getting a '68 beam, they bolt in, it will need to be lowered to look right too.
