Any more information than that available?

Cut the old seals off with a Stanley knife. Best place is to slip the blade between the rubber and the glass on the outside and run it all the way around. This will separate the front from the the back of the rubber. Be careful the windows dont drop inside the car and smash when the rubbers are cut all the way round.
Sacrifice the rubber to save the glass.

Where you kidding?

Thanks Grey!

Sorry azz, was sort of kidding. I was making reference to a recent adventure of breaking into my car, where the only available tool was a teaspoon. Got the rubbers off, and the 1/4 vent out, but it was not a pretty sight.
